Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is suitable for the intended location and surface.

Wall materials and installation requirements can vary. Customers should use suitable mounting methods and hardware appropriate for the product, wall type, product weight, and intended location.

Any mounting hardware or accessories included with a product will be identified in the applicable product description.

Unless specifically stated otherwise on the product page, products intended for indoor decoration should not be exposed to excessive moisture, open flames, excessive heat, or environmental conditions that may damage the product.

Products should not be modified, cut, painted, repaired, or installed in a manner inconsistent with their intended use.

Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, unsuitable mounting methods, improper handling, modification, improper storage, or failure to follow provided instructions is not considered a product defect.

4. Product Availability

Products are offered subject to availability.

Placing a product in the shopping cart does not reserve the product.

We may update product availability, limit available quantities, discontinue products, or correct inventory information when reasonably necessary.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been submitted, we may cancel the affected item and issue an appropriate refund to the original payment method.

5. Orders and Acceptance

An automated order-confirmation or order-receipt email confirms that we received your order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted.

We currently accept payment through PayPal.

PayPal processes payment information according to its own terms, policies, and privacy practices.

We do not directly store complete PayPal login credentials or complete payment-card information.

7. Pricing and Website Errors

We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate pricing, product descriptions, availability information, and other Website content.

We may correct typographical errors, inaccurate product information, pricing errors, availability errors, or other Website mistakes when identified.

If an error materially affects an order, we may contact the customer for additional information or confirmation, or cancel the affected item and issue an appropriate refund.

We will not knowingly substitute a materially different product without the customer's agreement.

8. Shipping and Delivery

We currently accept orders for eligible delivery addresses within the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C.

We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international destinations.

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days.

Estimated shipping-transit time is approximately 5–7 business days, resulting in an estimated total delivery time of approximately 6–9 business days.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates and may be affected by carrier operations, weather, holidays, address issues, high-volume periods, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Shipping charges, tracking, address changes, delayed or missing deliveries, and other shipping conditions are explained in our Shipping Policy.

9. Returns and Refunds

Eligible return requests may be submitted within 30 days after delivery, subject to the requirements described in our Return and Refund Policy.

Return eligibility may depend on the date of the request, product condition, signs of use or installation, alterations, original components, packaging, and return authorization.

Personal-reason returns may require the customer to pay return-shipping costs, and original shipping charges may be non-refundable as explained in our Return and Refund Policy.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method according to the procedures described in that policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
